Welcome to Her Life; Episode 2We left off with Danny stressing Todd out, and someone's calling Megan...M: (picks up her phone) "Hello?"Pranker: "Hey loser! What's up?! Maybe you should keep your huge mouth shut in class, that way you won't have to be sent to the principal's office every like what... 10 MINUTES?!"M: (startled) I...Pranker: "Loser, why can't you just hang up? What, you don't have the guts to do that either? What a loser!"M: (hangs up)The next morning at school, Megan is on her way to her locker, just when Todd and Kayla come crashing into her.M: (drops her notebooks) Oh!!!!!K: (smirks) Oh my gosh! You retard! Does this always have to happen! God, you pathetic little insect, why don't you just get a life!?M: It- it was an accident, I'm sorry!K: (furious) 'Sorry'? Is that all you know how to say!?T: (butts in) Kayla, it was an accident. Take it easy. (helps Megan pick up her books)M: (looks up & sees Todd's face) I -...T: (smiles at her) Sorry... Kayla's just a bit cranky today. Here. (holds out her books)M: (blushing) Thanks.... (races to her locker without turning back)T: (watches her for a while, then turns to Kayla) Why'd you do that? What did you have to be a bitch for?K: (shoves Todd) I can't believe you! She bumped into me -- ON PURPOSE! You saw it too!T: No, Kayla. What I saw was you acting like a huge brat -- and that's ALSO one reason why I don't want to be with you anymore.K: (stops being angry) But... Todd, wait a minute. We can fix this, right.T: (tugs at his arm) I don't know, Kayla. Just ... fix your attitude.K: (stops him) And, what if I do? What if I completely change...?T: (shrugs) Maybe, I don't know...K: (sighs) Todd... don't do this. T: (shakes his head at her & leaves in disbelief)Cindy: (comes up to Kayla) Kayla, you can't have everything.K: And who the hell are you to say that to me?C: You took Todd away from me. You shouldn't believe that he actually cares for you -- he's always wanted someone better than you. Someone who actually DESERVES him, Kayla. Do you know what that means!? Or maybe, is it just all WANT, WANT, WANT to you!?K: (speechless & storms off without a word)C: (murmurs) That's what I thought.Megan hurries off to class, just to see that Todd is in her class that day.M: (closes her eyes & prays to God for a while)T: (smiles at her) Hey... do you usually do that?M: (blushing) Uh... do what?T: (smiles interestingly) Pray?M: I -- uhh... No. I just -- you know...T: I understand. Praying is an important part of my life, too.M: (blushes, not really understanding him) ... Yeah.....T: Well, hey. I'm sorry about the way Kayla treated you. She's always been that way -- born a bitch.M: (smiles a little) Uh, yeah...T: (sighs, looks around, then back at Megan) So... how was your night?M: (frowns) It was ... fine... Why are you talking to me?T: Why? What do you mean? Should someone else better looking than me talk to you? Because, I mean...M: No, it's just because usually... no one ever talks to me... I mean, no one as popular... and (mumbles to herself) as cute as you...T: (grins) Well... why don't they? You're pretty cool.M: (looks up in awe) I .... What? I am....?T: (stares at her) Yeah. You're cool. You shouldn't let anyone treat you like that again. You don't deserve it.M: (smiles) Thanks... I don't know how I can take all that -- but it pisses me off sometimes.T: Yeah, I get it. I have a pain-in-the-ass best friend, and he just loves to piss me off too. But, Kayla's just spoiled -- she'll get over it. (grins at Megan)M: (starts to smile a lot) Yeah, thanks! T: (sees the teacher come in & so he turns back around) Hey, I'll see you later. (winks at her)M: (blushes & takes deep breaths) Oh wow.... That just happened.During the whole class, Todd kept on sneaking looks at Megan.M: (after class, she walks to Lindsay)L: Hey! What's up! Are you okay?M: You will not believe what happened today!L: What? Did Kayla die?!M: (rolls eyes) NO! But... I bumped into her again... with Todd.L: (groans) Oh no!M: No! I know, I thought I was busted... but Todd... he stood up for me! He's so sweet...L: (smiles) Are you serious!? Wow! That's impressive.Todd walks up to them.M: (blushes) Hi Todd!L: (murmurs) You really weren't kidding....Is Todd crushing on Megan? What will Kayla think?
